MX-Springs is a business-to-business brand delivering high-quality motorcycle springs. Our products are manufactured using the finest materials worldwide. The springs are developed and produced in the Netherlands according to precise specifications. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on our springs.

1. MX-Springs Lifetime Warranty

MX-Springs come with a lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship (excluding coating), provided the springs are used correctly. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who remains the owner of the vehicle on which the springs were installed.

Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, MX-Springs will replace defective or prematurely worn springs free of charge. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any loss or damage resulting from a manufacturing defect or fault in the spring.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover springs that were installed incorrectly. Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional. The warranty also does not apply to springs that:

  • have been improperly adjusted or modified;
  • have been damaged due to negligence, accident, collision, or overloading;
  • have been installed on vehicles that exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limits.

MX-Springs reserves the right to change specifications and materials without prior notice and is not obligated to update previously manufactured products.

3. Further Exclusions

This warranty only covers complete springs and is non-transferable. Statements made by third parties, in any form (written or oral), do not alter this warranty.

The text on this page is binding. No additional warranties exist beyond this statement. MX-Springs is not liable for:

  • indirect damages;
  • loss of use or mobility of the vehicle;
  • unintended or incidental damages;
  • injury or death resulting from the use of our products.

The user assumes all responsibility and risk.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact the MX-Springs dealer/distributor from whom the springs were originally purchased. The purchaser is responsible for all costs related to (dis)assembling the spring, as well as shipping it to the dealer/distributor and then to MX-Springs—and back again.
